Subsidiary you work for

HR Administrator: Full recruitment access across all subsidiaries. Cannot change system settings.

Recruiter: Manages jobs and applicants for their own subsidiary.

Hiring Manager: Views and progresses applicants for requisitions they own.

Department Manager: Views and progresses applicants across their whole department.

Both are hints. The reviewer chooses the role and subsidiary that end up on your account.

Why do you need access?

The reviewer is being asked to grant access to candidate personal data. Naming somebody who can vouch for you is the single most useful thing here.
